All answers are already within you. All healing is self-healing; I am simply here to guide you to your inner world.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state where the busy, conscious mind softens, allowing clearer communication between your conscious and subconscious minds.

In this state, the subconscious becomes more open and responsive, making it possible to uncover the root causes of patterns, fears, or blocks that have carried over from earlier experiences, whether in this life or others.

Sometimes the clarity you are searching for isn’t out there; it is already within you, waiting to be unlocked.

In everyday life, the busy conscious mind acts as a guard, protecting us, but often keeping us locked in familiar habits, fears, and internal tugs-of-war. Hypnotherapy creates a safe, gentle bridge to your subconscious: the intelligent, vast part of you where your memories, core beliefs, and true purpose live.

Will I lose control while in hypnosis?

Absolutely not. You remain fully aware, present, and in control throughout the session. Hypnosis is not sleep; it’s a focused state of deep relaxation. Much like when you’re absorbed in a book or film, your mind is engaged yet receptive. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, your conscious mind naturally steps in.

My Hypnotherapy Journey

My path into hypnotherapy began the day I read Journey of Souls by Michael Newton. His work was a revelation, a missing piece that gave language to truths I had always felt. It opened the door to the mysteries of the soul’s journey before birth, after death, and across lifetimes.

During one of the most difficult periods of my life, I booked my first Past Life Regression session. I was carrying deep grief and trauma, and in that session, I experienced past life memories that brought me profound clarity, closure, and healing for my present self. That moment confirmed what my heart already knew: this work is not only real; it is transformative.

Today, as a Certified Hypnotherapist with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, I help others find the same healing, understanding, and empowerment that I once sought.

Three Pathways to Transformation

1- Transpersonal Hypnotherapy: Connecting Beyond the Self

You are more than your daily thoughts, emotions, and current circumstances. Transpersonal means "beyond the personal"; it bridges clinical hypnosis with the deeper, spiritual dimensions of human experience.

  • How it helps: Expands your awareness beyond surface-level symptoms to help you process emotional heaviness, reconnect with your passion, and align with your higher purpose.

  • Best for: Anyone seeking deep clarity, spiritual connection, and relief from chronic stress, anxiety, or directionlessness.

2. Regression & Past Life Therapy: Tracing the Roots to Release the Past

Some patterns, fears, or physical sensations don't seem to have an obvious origin in our current life experiences. Regression therapy gently guides your subconscious mind back to the origin of your current challenges, whether in early childhood or earlier soul journeys, so they can be brought into the light.

  • How it helps: Uncovers the root cause of recurring patterns, unexplainable fears, or karmic dynamics, allowing you to process and release old burdens safely.

  • Best for: Resolving deep-seated emotional blocks, unexplained phobias, recurring relationship patterns, and reclaiming long-forgotten personal power or gifts.

3. Parts Therapy: Harmonizing Your Inner World

Have you ever felt pulled in two directions at once? Part of you wants to make a change, while another part holds you back out of fear. This internal conflict is not a flaw; it simply means different "parts" of your subconscious are trying to protect you in conflicting ways.

  • How it helps: Gives every inner voice a safe space to be heard without judgment. Through gentle trance, we help your internal parts resolve their conflicts and work together.

  • Best for: Overcoming self-sabotage, procrastination, indecision, addictions, and protective behaviors that no longer serve you.

What Happens in a Session?

Regression hypnotherapy is a collaboration between you and me. During your session:

  • I guide you with gentle, focused questions to explore your inner world.

  • You share what arises, images, words, sensations, without overthinking or judging.

  • We follow the threads together, allowing your subconscious to reveal what is ready to be seen.

Trust your first impressions. In this work, your intuition is the compass.

How does a hypnotherapy session work?

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between you and your hypnotherapist. During the session:

  • You’ll be guided with questions to explore your inner world.

  • Avoid overthinking or analyzing what you feel or see; just share whatever comes up.

  • Trust your intuition; the first image, word, or sensation is often the most meaningful.

How should I prepare before my session?

  • Choose a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • You can create a relaxing atmosphere with candles, scents, or sage.

  • Make sure you're well-rested; a good night’s sleep helps your focus and openness.

  • Inform your hypnotherapist about any mental or physical health concerns.

  • Keep a notebook nearby to write down insights; after the session, you may continue to receive insights.

  • Plan to rest after the session to allow your body and mind to integrate the experience.

    Your Path Begins Here

A sacred space awaits, where clarity deepens, and transformation begins.
