Why Work With Me

As someone who has moved across languages, lands, and identities, I carry a lived understanding of what it means to belong and to be denied belonging. I deeply value authenticity, sincerity, integrity, and compassion in both my personal and professional life. These values shape my trauma-informed approach, which is rooted in my lived experience with complex trauma and a lifelong commitment to care.

As a Persian woman, I bring with me the legacy of thousands of years of Persian mysticism, poetry, and spiritual philosophy. The teachings of Rumi, Hafez, Attar of Nishapur, and other timeless mystics echo through my work. My practice weaves together ancient Western and Eastern traditions, offering an alchemical blend of insight and soul remembrance for the modern seeker.

Persian is my mother tongue; English is my second language, and French is my third. I honour the richness of multilingual and cross-cultural communication, knowing that healing often begins where we feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
