No "Dry" or "Blind" Readings: My practice is rooted in systematic ancient analysis, not intuitive guessing. I do not provide "dry" readings to verify personal details. Failure to provide truthful or complete information in the intake form will result in an ineffective session for which the client is solely responsible.
I am a professional practitioner of ancient astrological techniques, not a psychic or a fortune teller. My practice is highly analytical and calculated. To secure your session, you must be willing to share the specific life dynamics, patterns, or time periods you want to analyze. If you are looking for a vague, open-ended prediction without providing context, this practice is not the right fit for you.
Preparation Policy: Because intensive technical preparation is completed before we meet, any session compromised or not completed due to inaccurate data, withheld information, or failure to follow intake instructions is non-refundable.
Clients acknowledge that all decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes arising from sessions remain solely their responsibility. Clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for how they use, interpret, or apply session content.
Results
New Moon Inner Healing does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Experiences vary based on individual circumstances, participation, and personal context. Sessions are structured to support clarity and reflection. Clients are expected to complete intake forms honestly, engage respectfully, and follow the agreed session structure. Sessions are not unlimited, open-ended discussions; additional topics or extended work require separate bookings.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, accuracy, effectiveness, emotional results, financial results, relationship outcomes, or future events. Individual experiences vary significantly.
Scheduling and Payments
Payments: Full payment via Stripe or PayPal is required to secure and confirm your booking.
Time Zone & Booking Accuracy: All appointment times on the booking calendar are automatically displayed in the client’s local time zone. Clients are strictly responsible for verifying the accuracy of the selected date, including the correct calendar year and time, before completing the purchase. No refunds will be issued for client booking errors.
Punctuality: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled session at full charge.
Final Sale & Refund Policy: All bookings are final due to the time-intensive nature of pre-session preparation and analysis. Refunds will not be issued for sessions rendered ineffective due to inaccurate birth data or withheld information. Refunds or credits will not be issued based on a client's personal dissatisfaction with, or subjective disagreement over, the astrological interpretations, readings, or insights provided. Emergency exceptions are at the sole discretion of New Moon Inner Healing. Refunds are issued only if New Moon Inner Healing cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, or as required by law.
Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to move an appointment. Requests with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, forfeit the full session fee.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: By purchasing services, clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a booking or scheduling misunderstanding on the client's part, clients agree to contact New Moon Inner Healing via email to resolve the issue prior to contacting their payment provider. Intake forms, communications, booking confirmations, and evidence of non-attendance due to client error may be used to contest payment reversals.
Right to Refuse: New Moon Inner Healing reserves the right to refuse future bookings from clients with repeated cancellations, payment disputes, abusive conduct, or repeated violations.

Legal Age
By booking or participating in services, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to provide informed consent under the laws of your jurisdiction. Services for minors under the age of majority are only provided with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must be present for the entire session and is considered the primary client and responsible party.
Right to Refuse Service
New Moon Inner Healing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services to any individual at any time for any reason, including when a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, abusive, non-consensual, or compromises the integrity of the session. In such cases, refunds may be issued at New Moon Inner Healing’s discretion unless required by law.
New Moon Inner Healing reserves the right to terminate the professional relationship if it is determined that a client’s needs exceed the practitioner’s scope of practice or if a conflict of interest arises. In such cases, a refund for any prepaid, unrendered services may be issued at the practitioner's discretion.
Refusal or discontinuation of services may occur before, during, or after a session if New Moon Inner Healing determines that continuing services would be inappropriate, unsafe, outside the scope of practice, or inconsistent with professional boundaries.
Hypnotherapy Consultation Fee Policy
A $15 non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure all initial information calls for Hypnotherapy. This fee compensates for the time reserved and the review of submitted intake materials. The consultation fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the scheduled call.
If the client chooses to proceed with a full hypnotherapy session, the $15 consultation fee will be credited toward the total session cost. By booking a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Booking an initial consultation does not guarantee acceptance into hypnotherapy services.
Privacy & Data Protection
New Moon Inner Healing values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All information you share with New Moon Inner Healing is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to provide services to you. Hypnotherapy sessions will be recorded and shared with you for your review and reference. Astrology sessions may be recorded and shared with you for your personal review and reference. By booking and participating in a session, you provide informed consent to the recording of your session. If you do not consent to being recorded, you must notify New Moon Inner Healing in advance, and the session may not proceed.
Personal information may be processed, transmitted, and stored electronically through third-party platforms or service providers used to operate the business, including scheduling, payment processing, cloud storage, email communication, analytics, and video conferencing services.
Session Recordings

Refusal to consent to recording for hypnotherapy session may result in cancellation or refusal of services at the discretion of New Moon Inner Healing.
