Sessions are structured to support clarity and reflection. Clients are expected to complete intake forms honestly, engage respectfully, and follow the agreed session structure. Sessions are not unlimited, open-ended discussions; additional topics or extended work require separate bookings.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, accuracy, effectiveness, emotional results, financial results, relationship outcomes, or future events. Individual experiences vary significantly.
Scheduling and Payments
Full payment via Stripe or PayPal is required to secure and confirm your booking.
Time Zone & Booking Accuracy
All appointment times on the booking calendar are automatically displayed in the client’s local time zone. Clients are strictly responsible for verifying the accuracy of the selected time and date, including the correct calendar year and time, before completing the purchase. No refunds will be issued for client booking errors.
Punctuality
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a canceled session at full charge.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session on time without recognized prior notice will result in the full 100% session fee being charged and forfeited. No refunds or complimentary rescheduling will be permitted under any circumstances.
Rescheduling Policy
Session rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You can manually manage and change your appointment time by using the direct rescheduling button provided in your booking confirmation email. Rescheduling requests or attempts within the 48-hour window before a session are not permitted, and failure to attend the original slot will result in the forfeiture of the session fee under the less than 48-hour cancellation policy.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing services, clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a booking or scheduling misunderstanding on the client's part, clients agree to contact New Moon Inner Healing via email to resolve the issue prior to contacting their payment provider. Intake forms, communications, booking confirmations, and evidence of non-attendance due to client error will be used to contest payment reversals.
Right to Refuse
New Moon Inner Healing reserves the absolute right to refuse future bookings or cancel existing appointments for any reason, including a history of cancellations, lack of respect for the expertise of the practitioner, payment disputes, disrespectful conduct, policy violations, or a perceived lack of alignment. Astrology and hypnotherapy services require a high degree of mutual trust and strategic cooperation. If the necessary professional or alignment is not present, New Moon Inner Healing reserves the right to decline engagement to preserve the integrity of the practice.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, and there are no refunds. When you book a session, you are reserving a specific time slot that is kept exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients. Please think carefully and review your schedule before completing your booking. Clients are not entitled to a refund if they simply change their mind, decide they no longer want the session, or are unhappy with the outcome.
This strict non-refundable policy applies to all personal excuses, user-end errors, and situational justifications. Below are some of the common scenarios:
Change of Mind or Cold Feet: Deciding after payment that you are no longer interested, or changing your mind about wanting astrology or hypnotherapy.
Subjective Dissatisfaction and Results: You are paying for the practitioner’s time, expertise, and structured delivery of the session, not a guaranteed specific emotional state or personal outcome. Opinions regarding the insights provided, disagreements with technical interpretations, or dissatisfaction with the results of a session do not entitle you to a refund.
Booking Mistakes: Accidentally selecting the wrong date or time, mixing up time zones, or claiming that your card was charged by mistake or that you "did not mean to book.”
Intake Form Failures: Providing incorrect information, withholding necessary details, or failing to communicate before the session.
Forgetfulness and Scheduling Conflicts: Missing the session entirely, forgetting the appointment, or experiencing sudden, last-minute personal or work conflicts.
Financial Regret: Realizing after the fact that you should not have spent the money or requesting a refund due to personal buyers' remorse.
Technical Issues: It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and functional audio/video equipment prior to the session. Time lost due to client-side technical difficulties, failure to locate the meeting link, or failure to test software beforehand will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Emergencies and Sudden Events: To maintain a fair and consistent standard for all clients, this policy strictly applies to all situations, including sudden illnesses, family emergencies, or unexpected events. No exceptions will be made. You can reschedule your session in this case!
Chargebacks and Disputes: By booking, you explicitly authorize the charge and agree to these terms. Any attempt to dispute the payment or initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment processor for a completed booking or a missed session will be treated as a breach of contract, and this policy will be submitted as evidence to defeat the claim.
By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable, dedicated time slot and agree fully to these terms.
Definition of a "Finalized Booking"
Joining a Waitlist or initiating an email inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking, nor does it guarantee that a specific time slot will be reserved for you. An appointment is officially confirmed in our system if and only if the client has completed the following steps:
Selected a specific date and time via the official website calendar.
Completed the comprehensive intake form, providing all required birth data.
Finalized the session payment in full.
The 48-Hour Technical Preparation Policy
Because the methodology utilized in this practice relies on technical ancient astrology and extensive calculations, each chart requires hours of meticulous research and preparation prior to the live meeting.
A minimum of 48 hours of advance preparation is strictly required for every specialized session.
This practice does not accommodate last-minute bookings, emergency extensions, or same-day client replacements under any circumstances.
Legal Age
By booking or participating in services, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to provide informed consent under the laws of your jurisdiction. Services for minors under the age of majority are only provided with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must be present for the entire session and is considered the primary client and responsible party.
Right to Refuse Service
New Moon Inner Healing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services to any individual at any time for any reason, including when a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, abusive, non-consensual, or compromises the integrity of the session. In such cases, refunds may be issued at New Moon Inner Healing’s discretion unless required by law.
New Moon Inner Healing reserves the right to terminate the professional relationship if it is determined that a client’s needs exceed the practitioner’s scope of practice or if a conflict of interest arises. In such cases, a refund for any prepaid, unrendered services may be issued at the practitioner's discretion.
Refusal or discontinuation of services may occur before, during, or after a session if New Moon Inner Healing determines that continuing services would be inappropriate, unsafe, outside the scope of practice, or inconsistent with professional boundaries.
Hypnotherapy Consultation Fee Policy
A $15 non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure all initial information calls for Hypnotherapy. This fee compensates for the time reserved and the review of submitted intake materials. The consultation fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the scheduled call.
If the client chooses to proceed with a full hypnotherapy session, the $15 consultation fee will be credited toward the total session cost. By booking a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Booking an initial consultation does not guarantee acceptance into hypnotherapy services.
Privacy & Data Protection
New Moon Inner Healing values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All information you share with New Moon Inner Healing is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to provide services to you. For hypnotherapy sessions, by booking and participating, you provide informed consent to the recording. If you do not consent to being recorded for hypnotherapy, the session may not proceed.
Personal information may be processed, transmitted, and stored electronically through third-party platforms or service providers used to operate the business, including scheduling, payment processing, cloud storage, email communication, analytics, and video conferencing services.
Hypnotherapy Session Recordings
Hypnotherapy recording files remain the exclusive intellectual property of New Moon Inner Healing. New Moon Inner Healing does not provide or deliver session recording copies to clients. Anonymized excerpts from hypnotherapy sessions may be used for professional supervision, educational purposes, or content creation (e.g., social media or blog), provided that all identifying details are removed in accordance with ethical standards.
Refusal to consent to recording for hypnotherapy sessions may result in cancellation or refusal of services at the discretion of New Moon Inner Healing.
Session recordings and client records may be retained for a commercially reasonable period for legal, insurance, administrative, archival, training, security, or business protection purposes unless a longer retention period is required by law.
